Korean food is one of the most flavorful of the Asian cuisines and all who experience it crave it for days and weeks afterwards. South Koreans take pride in their culinary uniqueness and use it to express their independence and economic growth. Throughout the years, as South Korea has developed economically, their style of eating has become richer and fuller. Their meals are categorized by their use of rice, marinated meats, fresh vegetables, and a variety of Korean side dishes referred to as “banchan”. The greater the number of banchan, the more honored the guest. So, of course, we deem it necessary to honor our guests when we serve our banchan that we have taken the time and care to freshly prepare in-house just for you.
